Students attending the extra-curricula event came from all corners
of the U.K., while one, Fadila Lagadien, flew in especially for
the occasion from Capetown, South Africa, "to meet fellow students
from the virtual classroom, and to express my appreciation for both
the opportunity to study online and for the quality of the learning
experience". Ms. Lagadien, who is pursuing her MBA degree, directs
her own human resources consulting firm and participates on several
government and corporate committees, in South Africa.

|
"Julie
is an inspiration to anyone doing a masters program," said Ms. Lagadien.
"She leveraged her MBA to achieve remarkable success, in a very
short time, against all odds".

K.I.T. eLearning will hold the next Leaders Forum extra-curricula
event in Rotterdam, this September. "Most of the people attending
these events will have already met online," observed Yoram Kalman,
Senior Vice President and Head of Academic Affairs. "Many will
have shared professional insights and advice in the classroom,
and worked together on virtual teams to complete classroom assignments.
The Leaders Forum enables students to meet in a social context,
to network, and to reinforce the learning community in which they
are already active participants."
